User Obligation

As a member, you are obligated to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and KYC, and to keep it updated. Any loss arising from incorrect or outdated information is your responsibility.

2. Lawful Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose, including but not limited to false referrals, fake documentation, or manipulation of the network/team structure.

3. Referral & Team Conduct

You are responsible for the conduct of members you refer or sponsor. Misrepresentation of income, guaranteed-return claims, or any deceptive practice used to recruit members is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4. Confidentiality

You must keep your login credentials confidential and are obligated to immediately report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

5. Compliance

You are obligated to comply with all applicable laws and the terms described in our Terms & Conditions. Non-compliance may lead to withholding of income, account suspension, or termination.
