1. Arthik Madad Fund (AMC)

A portion of qualifying income is set aside as the Arthik Madad Fund (AMC) — our charity and welfare fund — credited to members upon achieving specific level milestones, as reflected in the "Arthik Madad Fund Wallet" on your dashboard.

2. Purpose of the Fund

The AMC fund is intended to support social welfare and charitable causes, alongside rewarding members who achieve higher levels within the network.

3. Eligibility & Crediting

AMC bonus amounts are credited automatically once a member meets the required-member criteria for the corresponding level, as configured in our level settings. Credited amounts are visible under your Income Report.

4. Utilization & Transparency

Charity contributions and requests routed through the fund are reviewed and recorded by our admin team to ensure transparency in how the fund is utilized.

5. Community Support

For grievances or support related to the charity fund, members may reach out through our official "Social Charity" and "Grievance Officer Support" community channels linked on the dashboard.
